NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16002307CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF UPLAND MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and MARCIA PARDO HEARN; TERESA DAWN GUILLIAME; BEVERLY DELEON A/K/A BEVERLY D. PARDO A/K/A BEVERLY PARDO DELEON A/K/A BEVERLY D. PARDO-DELEON; BURNT STORE VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are Defendants, Roger D.
