Notice is given that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 15, 2016 and the Court's Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale Due to Reinstatement of the Bankruptcy Automatic Stay entered November 14, 2017, in Case No. 2016-CA-000256 of the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and RONI HUTCHISON a/k/a RONI MURRAY; PNC BANK, N.A.; PRAIRIE CREEK PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; KELLY TRACTOR CO.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a Jesse Bennett; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a James “Randy” Leatherman are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on January 22, 2018, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the following-described property set forth in the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
Lot 12, Block 16, PRAIRIE CREEK PARK, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 33A through 33S, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be covered by this Security Instrument. All of the foregoing is referred to in the Security Instrument as the “Property.”
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
