NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 20th day of December, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-00265, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES , SERIES 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and CHARLES A. MCCREA, JR.; TINA M. MCCREA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; FOSTER'S CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Angelina Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 86, FOSTERS CREEK, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
