NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 20, 2017, entered in Case No. 2017CA-000589-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Bobbi J. Sanchious; Chavez El Sanchious are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, OF CARLISLE HEIGHTS, AS SHOWN IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
