NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003019000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and VAKISHA ROLLINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VAKISHA ROLLINS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 18 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 254, INWOOD NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 2, 2A AND 2B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
