NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 30, 2018, the following described property:

THAT PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 5, BLOCK 3 OF GREY MOSS MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTH TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION, THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE TO THE POINT NORTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 3, BLOCK 3, OF GREY MOSS MANOR, THENCE SOUTH TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 3, THENCE WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE NORTH 550 FEET THEREOF.
