NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of December, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-002208, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST, is the Plaintiff and AMANDA MEYERS A/K/A AMANDA L. MEYERS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.,; ORION BANK, A FLORIDA CORPORATION; VILLAS I AT CARLTON LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC.; CARLTON LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 18 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
