NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated 19th day of June, 2017, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2016-CA-001163, the clerk of court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the public sale, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on January 18, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 21, Block F, Longshore Lake Unit One, According to the Plat thereof, of Record in Plat Book 14, Page(s) 83-85, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
