NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 31st day of May, 2017, in Civil Action No. 17-CA-000341, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which ERIC R. STANCO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are the Defendants, and WHARFSIDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day January, 2018, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 830, WHARFSIDE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 21 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
