NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 238, VETERANS VILLAS PHASE 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 92 through 93, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 18, 2018.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
