NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-000624-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, as Trustee on Behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for The Registered Holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-ASAP3, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Robert Schwellinger; Unknown Spouse of Robert Schwellinger; Capital One Bank (USA) NA; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
