O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on January 18, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 348, PONDEROSA PARK, UNIT 3 according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 34 thru 46 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
