NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2017, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 002586 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of David McClure, Deceased; Nokomis East Association, Inc. f/k/a Mobile City Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 17th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 50, VENICE-BY-WAY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
