This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiffs attorney, GILBERT GARCIA GROUP, P.A., whose address is 2313 W. Violet St., Tampa, Florida 33603, on or before 30 days after date of first publication and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
