NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on Dec. 14, 2017, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14 day of March, 2018 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1185A, Unit 20, Part 2, Cape Coral Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 43-48, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
