NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001376 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2006-OA2 Mortgage Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA2, Plaintiff and Irina Gonzalez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 17, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
