December 22, 1992 and PEARL S. GRADWELL, Individually,
and as Trustee of the Pearl S. Gradwell Trust dated December 22, 1992 and as Successor Trustee of the Burgess Gradwell Trust dated December 22, 1992, if alive, and if dead, his/her unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, judgment creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under him/her.; the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, and judgment creditors of defendants, deceased and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against defendants; and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and judgment creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, or under those unknown natural persons; and the several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other person claiming by, through, under, or against any corporation or other legal entity named as a defendant; and all claimants, persona or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property described in this complaint

All of Lot #14 of River Forest Island also described as follows: From a PRM in the center of a cul-de-sac of Sleepy Hollow Lane as shown on a plat of Unit 3 of River Forest as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 112, Lee County records, run N 74°40' W 1060.45 ft to a point now or formerly occupied by Gov. R/W marker # FCE 2062; thence S”71 02' W along the southerly R/W line of the Okeechobee Waterway a distance of 225 ft.; thence S 18° 58” E 180 ft. passing through a concrete post at 160 ft.; thence S 71Ëš02' W 235 ft.; thence S 15° 22' E 325.47 ft.; thence S 87”00' W 112.05 ft. to tbe P.O.B.;
Thence N 87”00' E 90 ft.; thence S 10”00' W 130 ft. m/l to the waters of the old Caloosahatchee River; thence run westerly along said waters of the old Caloosahatchee River; thence run westerly along said waters 90 ft. m/l to a point S10°00' W of the P.O.B. thence N 10°00' E 125 ft m/l to the P.O.B. ALSO INCLUDED but subject to a prepetual access roadway easement to all property owners of River Forest Island is the following parcel; FROM THE P.O.B. of lot 14 above, run N 10°00' E 20.53 ft.; thence N 87°00' E 103.05 ft.; thence S 15°22' E 20.47 ft.; thence S 87°00' W 112.05 to the P.O.B.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it; if any, on the Plaintiff's attorney, FRANK PAVESE, JR., ESQ., of the PAVESE LAW FIRM, whose address is P.O. Box 100088, Cape Coral, Florida 33910-0088, on or before January 29, 2018 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
