NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 3, 2017 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-016520, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST V is the Plaintiff, and DEAN BODOH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 18, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 OF HANLEY'S SUBDIVISION. ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUN'I'Y, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
