COTHREN; TIFANEY L. COTHREN; JAY WEINSTOCK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF CLUBHOUSE WOODS, INC.; WALDEN LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 16, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
