Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure amended by Order dated November 21, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 16-CC-012392 DIV. U, in the COUNTY COURT in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BLOOMINGDALE TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MARCO L. VIVONA, et al., are the Defendants, Pat Frank, HILLSBOROUGH County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Lot 9 in Block A of BLOOMINGDALE TRAILS, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 17, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of February 2018. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
