LOT 13, BLOCK “BQ”, DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY FLORIDA UNIT NUMBER 27, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
