NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2017, and entered in 10-CA-020587 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE SAMUEL C GILBERT TRUST AGREEMENT U/D/T JUNE 2007; JACK GIL SMITH; WILL FIORE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILL FIORE; ROD FIORE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROD FIORE; JAQUELINE MANNING; JANET GILBERT; THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 16, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
