NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-002476-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MICHAEL HARPER A/K/A MICHAEL D. HARPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL HARPER A/K/A MICHAEL D. HARPER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CLUBHOUSE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 16 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 132, CLUBHOUSE ESTATES OF COUNTRYSIDE UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE(S) 42 AND 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
