MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-CH4 is the Plaintiff and DAWN BREWSTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWN BREWSTER N/K/A TOM TURNER; CITY OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
