NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 18, 2017 and entered in Case No. 16-001553-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit and in Pinellas, County, Florida, wherein THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF MARCIA FRANCOEUR A/K/A MARCIA ANNNE SEWALL, DECEASED; JOSEPH A. FRANCOEUR; STACY WARD; CACH, LLC; CANTERBURY ESTATES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com On February 1, 2018 at 10:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 3, OF CANTERBURY ESTATES AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE 1, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 11454 Canterbury Lane, Seminole, FL 32174
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
