TRUST, is the Plaintiff and TEDDY PEREZ; TUDOR GROVE AT TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CENTRAL FLORIDA EDUCATORS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; NOEMI C.
