NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 27, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-006523-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR DOVER MORTGAGE CAPITAL CORPORATION GRANTOR TRUST CERTIFICATE SERIES 2004-A is Plaintiff and LESLIE, CLIVE A AND LESESNE, DARYLINE, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 29, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
