NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016-CA-001986-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, DOING BUSINESS AS CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAT 2015-14BTT, is Plaintiff, and JOHN TOMS A/K/A JOHN M TOMS, is a Defendant.
Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on March 1, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 48, OF METROWEST REPLAT, UNIT 2 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 120, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
