Lots 1 through 19, inclusive, and Lots 32 through 50 inclusive, Block A of PALM GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 95, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with that portion of vacated Mark Avenue (formerly Palm Avenue) by Resolution recorded in Official Records Book 571, Page 1736, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida,

and

Part of Lot 8, Block 16, SOLONA, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 5, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 16, Solona as per plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 5, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida and run east with Mark Avenue, formerly Palm Avenue, 85 feet to a point; thence at right angles South 140 feet to a point; thence at right angles West 10 feet to a point; thence at right angles South 140 feet, more or less, to Union Avenue; thence at right angles West 75 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence at right angles North with the west boundary of said Lot 8, 280 feet to the point of beginning, together with that portion of vacated Mark Avenue (formerly Palm Avenue) by Resolution recorded in Official Records Book 571, Page 1736, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Matthew S. Toll, Esq., Toll Law, 1217 Cape Coral Parkway E., #121, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 within 30 days after the first Publication of the Notice in the Business Observer and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
