Marz aka Janice Marz, Mary Ann Heckman , Unknown Party #2 nka Larry Timko, Unknown Party #1 nka Lydia Carloni, Charlotte County, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
