NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA00199100000, of Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein, MED PROPERTIES VII, LLC, Plaintiff, and RETRO ROOM BAR AND BILLIARDS INC., et al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 23rd day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
