NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2016-CA-001701-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION , INC; POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. et al; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 23 day of February, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 205, BUILDING 1500, POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3964, PAGE 2182, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
