NOTICE is hereby given that, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will on the 9th day of March, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, ALAMO VILLAGE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 33, in the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Property Address: 622 W. Alamo Drive, Lakeland, FL 33813
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
