YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to reform a mortgage in and to the following real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 59, Fourth Addition to Port Charlotte, as Per Plat Thereof Recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 32A through 32H, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, FL
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Charles F. Johnson, Esquire, Blalock Walters, P.A., 802 11th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
