NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010055 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Joanne O'Brien; Unknown Spouse of Joanne O'Brien; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 733, VENICE GARDENS UNIT 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
