NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2016 CA 000661 NC, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1, VILLAGE OAKS SECTION “A”, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1554, Page(s) 282-347, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 44, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 121 Oak Hill Drive, #A01, Sarasota, FL 34232
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on MARCH 2, 2017. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
