NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2017, and entered in 2015 CA 005138 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and SUZANNE V. SICKMILLER A/K/A SUSANNE V. SICKMILLER; ROY GUILBAULT; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CFSB, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; DEL SOL VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
