FOR THE BENEFIT OF BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and TERRILL LAVELT SALEM; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
