NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 254, of BAHIA LAKES PHASE 4, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 114, Pages 79 through 86, as affected by Surveyor's Affidavit recorded in Book 19909, Page 1815, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on February 28, 2017.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
