NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2016, and entered in 16-CA-005818 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BRADLEY W. BOYER A/K/A BRADLEY W. BOYER, SR., DECEASED; BELINDA MOSER; SAMANTHA BOYER; BRADLEY W. BOYER; LIVINGSTON FINANCIAL, LLC; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK are the Defendant(s).
