NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-004402 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and BRENDA RIVERA A/K/A BRENDA DEAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 557, 558, 559 AND 560, BLOCK M, PINECREST VILLA PREMIER WEST COAST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
