NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2016 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated Janaury 31, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-000528 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-4 ASSET BACKED NOTES, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF HENRY DOMINICK A/K/A HENRY B. DOMINICK A/K/A HENRY BELTON DOMINICK, III, DECEASED; THE ESTATE OF SUZON DOMINICK-PETERSON A/K/A SUZON HOLMES PETERSON, DECEASED; HELGA DOMINICK; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, LIENORS, AND OTHER PARTIES TAKING AN INTEREST UNDER HENRY BELTON DOMINICK, III AKA HENRY BELTON DOMINICK AKA HENRY B. PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of March, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, LA BELLE TERRACE, A REPLAT OF PARTS OF TRACTS 10A, 11A, 12A AND 13A OF TEMPLE TERRACES SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54 ON PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
