NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2016 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated Jan. 25, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-051949 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and MARISA L. JONES A/K/A MARISA JONES; ALLEN L. JONES, II A/K/A ALLEN JONES, II, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 23 day of February, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 49 AND 50, BLOCK 869, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 117-148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
