NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed on 25 day of January, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-051221, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHARLES K. WHITEHEAD A/K/A CHARLIE K. WHITEHEAD EMILY LANE ASSOCIATION, INC. DEBORAH S. WHITEHEAD A/K/A DEBORAH J. SULLIVAN UNKNOWN TENANT; and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 20 EMILY LANE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1724, PAGE 1128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A 1999 SKYLINE CAMERON WITH SERIAL NUMBERS 9D630342LA AND 9D630342LB
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
