NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052484 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2006-AR1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series, 2006-AR1, is the Plaintiff and Deborah A. Summers also known as Deborah Summers, Formerly known as Deborah A. Gibbons, also formerly known as Deborah Ann Gibbons, now known as Deborah Ann Cimaglio, Steven Summers also known as Steven Edward Summers, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00a on the 13 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
