Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 29-A, Island Park Village, Section II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1671, Page 3061, and Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 21, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereto, and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration. At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on March 2, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
