NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 05, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-002867-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF MARILYN THOMAS A/K/A MARILYN RITA THOMAS, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Book 6411, Page 763, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 81, Pages 55 and 56, according to Condominium Plat Book 82, Pages 42 and 43, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
