NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-009309 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Ennis R. Griffith, Island Bay Townhouses Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Theresa MacDonald, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 27th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 109, OF ISLAND BAY TOWNHOUSES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6229, PAGE 1249, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
