NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 17, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-002422-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON , F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-6 is Plaintiff and THERESA VALLELY A/K/A THERESA M. BRENNAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8TH day of March, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block H, Suburban Estates 3rd Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
