NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-007259 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, Plaintiff and Jennifer Ahrbeck are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 70, OF FOUNTAIN SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5012, PAGE 335, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 40 THROUGH 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
